9 Mobile Apps Your Phone Needs

1. Upwork – This hiring platform can help you big time. You will never lose an employment opportunity with this app or respond to messages by your employers. Admit it, employers want to get in touch with you even if you’re on the go for urgent instructions. This mobile app makes it possible. You can respond to messages in real time and notify for new invitations for an interview. Looking for a job has never been easier with their “Browse Jobs” feature. Furthermore, it also allows you to save jobs to check out later.

2. Freelancer – If you are using the Freelancer platform, you can browse through hundreds of jobs that match your skills. This app works much like Upwork, prepare for your proposal and bid. Being able to respond immediately in real time signifies your eagerness to work. Most of all, you’ll never miss an opportunity the notifications for new interviews and offers.

3. Paypal – If your employers pay you through Paypal, you better download the Paypal mobile app. You’ll receive notifications if you were sent a payment. You can also add, remove or replace your debit and credit cards while your balances are being reflected in your account as they happen. Send money or withdraw money in real time. What’s more, you can also exchange currencies with this application.

4. Payoneer – Do you have a Payoneer account? Payoneer works almost like Paypal. What’s good with Payoneer is they don’t charge you for sending or receiving payments. This also proves to be an advantage for employers. The best part of Payoneer is that they have their own debit card. You will be able to withdraw from your Payoneer account in any Mastercard ATM machines. In addition, you do not need to transfer funds from your Payoneer account to your bank account.

5. Google Drive – Basically, Google Drive is an online storage for all your files. Having this on your phone allows you to access your files wherever you are. As a freelancer, you work while on the go. This makes it possible.

6. Dropbox – If you are using Dropbox as an online storage, you better download this app as well. Just like Google Drive, Dropbox allows you to access important documents and files to use for your work.

7. Bank of Philippine Islands – If you have a bank account with BPI for all your payments, download its mobile application. Send money to other BPI account holders and pay your bills all in just a few clicks. Furthermore, you have access to your transaction history for a few months back.
